4. Orders and Commercial Transactions

Any purchase made through this Website or via direct communication (Email/WhatsApp) is governed by our standard B2B Commercial Terms:

  • Payment Terms: 100% Advance, OR 50% with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Payments are accepted via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or Cheque.
  • Delivery Terms: All prices are Ex-Works (EXW) Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Freight charges are at actuals and borne by the buyer, arranged via partners like VRL Logistics or Professional Courier.
  • Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18% IGST for interstate, or 18% CGST + SGST for intra-state Gujarat) will be added to the invoice.
  • Packing Charges: 5% on material value where applicable, clearly itemized on the GST invoice.
