The PTFE Lined Ball Valve from KELOR is engineered for demanding chemical applications where metal-to-fluid contact must be avoided. The valve features a full PTFE lining and PTFE seats providing outstanding chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and aggressive process media. Our lining process ensures the PTFE is fully bonded and protected against delamination under normal operating conditions.
Available in floating-ball and trunnion designs, these valves deliver tight shut-off, low torque operation, and easy maintenance. Choose from a range of body materials (CS / SS304 / SS316 / Duplex), end connections, and actuation options. We supply valves with standard factory tests, and can arrange third-party inspection, custom packaging, and export-compliant documentation for global shipments.
Typical applications include chemical dosing, acid transfer, solvent handling, process skids, and wherever contamination-free flow control is essential.
