Return Policy — Krishna Industries (KELOR)

Krishna Industries (KELOR), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is a B2B industrial valve and piping supplier. All orders are processed as firm purchase orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns Policy

Krishna Industries does not accept returns on any products once dispatched. All sales are final.

This policy applies to all products supplied by Krishna Industries including industrial valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, check valves, gate valves, globe valves, knife gate valves, flanges, pipe fittings, fasteners, strainers, and all other items in our product range.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

  • All products are sourced and procured specifically against your confirmed purchase order and specification — size, material grade, pressure class, end connection, and seat material.
  • Industrial valves are not shelf items that can be restocked — each order is sourced from verified vendors against your exact requirement.
  • Once dispatched, goods have been inspected, packed, and invoiced with GST — reversal of a GST invoice requires a credit note process that is only issued in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect (see below).
  • MOQ of 10 Nos applies to all orders — quantities below this are not accepted, and returned partial quantities cannot be restocked.

Order Carefully — Confirm Before You Order

To avoid incorrect orders, always confirm the following before placing your purchase order:

  • Valve type and product name
  • Body material (WCB / SS304 / SS316 / CI / DI etc.)
  • Disc / trim material where applicable
  • Seat material (PTFE / EPDM / NBR etc.)
  • End connection (flanged / screwed BSP / socket weld etc.)
  • Pressure class (PN10 / PN16 / Class 150 / Class 300 / Class 800 etc.)
  • Size (DN / NB / inch)
  • Quantity
  • Delivery location

Manufacturing Defect — Exception

In the rare case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Krishna Industries will evaluate the claim on a case-by-case basis subject to the following conditions:

  • Defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods — claims after 7 days will not be entertained.
  • Defect must be a genuine manufacturing defect — incorrect specification ordered by the buyer does not qualify.
  • Photographic and written evidence of the defect must be submitted via WhatsApp or email before any claim is processed.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packing — defects reported after installation do not qualify.
  • If the defect is confirmed, Krishna Industries will issue a replacement or credit note at our sole discretion — cash refund is not provided.
  • Shipping cost for return of defective goods (if required) is borne by the buyer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once goods have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 93135 43530 with your order reference. Cancellation is subject to vendor sourcing status — if goods have already been procured from our vendor, cancellation charges may apply.
