Product Long Description

KELOR Teflon Lined Valves combine a metallic outer body with a full PTFE-lined interior to offer outstanding resistance to chemical attack. The PTFE liner isolates the process fluid from the metal body, preventing corrosion and contamination. These valves are engineered for:

  • Handling strong acids, alkalis, chlorides and solvents in chemical processing.
  • Pulp & paper, fertilizer, electroplating, textile dyeing and pharmaceutical applications.
  • Slurries and abrasive media where a smooth PTFE surface reduces fouling and eases cleaning.
  • High-purity and export-grade installations — dimensionally accurate & factory-tested.
Manufacturing & Quality

Bodies are machined and finished per international tolerances. Lining is performed using precision PTFE forming and vulcanization techniques (for bonded liners) or by fully wrapped PTFE in special assemblies. Each valve is pressure-tested and inspected. Custom lining thickness, seat profiles and reinforcement options are available for demanding services.
